英國大學經濟學碩士課程設置及申請要求介紹

劍橋經濟學相關有三個項目：

MPhil in Economics

MPhil in Finance and Economics

MPhil in Economic Research（是爲繼續修讀PhD做准備，相當于博士學位第一年課程）

 

MPhil in Economics將爲學生提供政府經濟服務和經濟咨詢等專業經濟學知識技能培養，通過宏微觀及計量經濟學等高級技能培養，獲得專業領域工作技能，並具備獨立研究和實踐能力，爲今後從事商業、政府、研究提供夯實基礎。該項目適合想進一步強化經濟學知識，畢業直接就業的同學，不適合希望繼續攻讀博士的同學；如果想要繼續攻讀博士，可以在課程開始前兩周的數學課程培訓，最後有個測驗，成績好的同學（＞90%）可申請轉入MPhil in Economics Research。

 

課程設置：Each student will take seven modules plus a dissertation. All modules (except Econometric Methods) have 18 hours of lectures. The module on Econometric Methods has 27 hours of lectures.

1、Attendance of the Preparatory Course on Mathematics and Statistics

2、Two compulsory module in each of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, and one module in Econometrics [5]

3、Two optional modules [2]

4、A dissertation of up to 10,000 words

申請和錄取情況：

 

UK High II.i Honours Degree (香港85+，建議90+；美本3.8/4)，要求經濟學相關專業背景，修過中級微觀經濟學、宏觀經濟學、計量經濟學，普通商科、會計或管理學位無法滿足背景要求；IELTS：7.5(7)；TOEFL：110(25)，對于非英本同學必須提交GRE，不考慮GMAT，而且要求數學部分90%以上。普通高校同學想要衝擊劍橋強烈建議參加2+2交換項目。

 

IC-MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering

 

風險管理與金融工程專業是在商學院下，帝國的商學院也是英國非常強的商學院之一，因此錄取標准極高，需要極好的數學功底和計算機知識，對本科學校和GPA的要求也比其他學校高。

申請和錄取要求：UK1.1/2.1學位，香港85+（prefer90+); 7(6.5), 100(22)，G非強制，GMAT：650+加分，Q: 48/60；GRE: Q159。對專業背景要求嚴格，優異的數學、工程、理學或經濟學成績。
