畢業生企業家移民更新英國大學擔保名單

2016年4月20,UKVI更新了Tier 1畢業生企業家移民的認證擔保機構名單（Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) authorised endorsing bodies），這個名單涵蓋的都是英國的一些高校，從英國高校界的老大哥牛津劍橋，到最新剛剛闖入這個名單的林肯大學Sussex大學等。

因爲擔保名單有了更新，所以順帶給你們科普一下這個最初一兩年完全零成本最後可以讓你留在英國的移民渠道。

The Tier 1 ｜ Graduate Entrepreneur

T1畢業生企業家移民專門針對的就是擔心在英國找不到工作或者沒得到適當工作機會，但是正好又有著商業頭腦，手上有體系完善的商業計劃想要在英國予以實踐的留學生群體。

要求學生必須具備國際水准的優秀創意和創業技能，有真實可行的business idea,然後需要得到擁有英國HEI（higher education institution）高等教育院校中擁有授權認證資格的學校的保薦。

零成本畢業生企業家移民

畢業生企業家移民簽證先給一年，之後續簽再給一年，兩年後，申請人如果能拿出最少5萬英鎊用于投資（也就是說，最初的一兩年，都是沒有資金要求的，完全零成本），此時就可轉爲企業家移民簽證(Tier 1Entrepreneur)，另外，如果在拿到的畢業生企業家移民簽證期間你能拿出5萬英鎊進行投資，你也可以轉成企業家移民簽證，滿了5年就可以申請永居。

留學生被學校保薦的條件：

1.在被保薦之前需要拿到英國認證的本科碩士或者博士學位（也就是說，必須是degree類及以上的課程，不能是文憑類，職業類，預科類等）

2.學校給你發的endorsement（也就是保薦你的一個證明）需要在3個月以內

3.英國境內申請需存款945英鎊，境外1890英鎊，存滿90天

4.雅思達到CEFR level B1（雅思總分4，小分不低于4），必須考的是SELT的認證考試

5. 如果是政府或者國際獎學金的被資助者，在已經獲得滿12個月的學費和生活費的基礎上，還需要你的資助者准許你留在英國（天下沒有白吃的午餐，一般人家資助了你都是需要你爲他做點什麽了，畢業之後對你多少有點限制權）
